It's true that the confident always seems more capable because they think less of their weaknesses and more of their strengths.

You can have a good friend who relentlessly questions on your pessimism only to realize how supportive you can get the minute she feels insecure and becomes weak-minded.

Only like minded souls can relate; if you haven't experienced weakness, you wouldn't know how to comfort another.

Given two very different personalities, the best time of true heart to heart bonding comes best during sharing of woes.

The stronger personality will turn soft and sensitive enough not to hurt the weak hearted while the one with lower self esteem naturally gets a lot of acceptance and assurance from the other party.

So when you find yourself trapped in an environment full of strong personalities, never fret. Because one day they will melt and you can easily scoop them into your palms -marking the end of narcissistic bullies and your claim to reign.
